Data We Collect

When you browse, create an account, or place an order, we may collect:

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• Your delivery and billing address.
• Order details — the colours, finishes and products you buy.
• Account details, if you register — such as your saved favourites and order history.
• Correspondence when you contact us for support.

We do not collect or store your full card details — payments are handled directly by Stripe (see Third Parties below).

Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data to perform our contract with you (taking and fulfilling orders), to comply with our legal obligations (such as tax and accounting records), and, where you've given it, on the basis of your consent (for example, third-party review cookies). Where we rely on legitimate interests — such as preventing fraud or improving our website — we make sure this doesn't override your own rights and interests.

Third Parties We Share Data With

• Stripe — processes your payment details directly; we never see or store your full card number.
• Delivery couriers — receive your name, delivery address and contact details to deliver your order.
• Trustpilot — once our review integration goes live, we may share your email address and order reference with Trustpilot so they can invite you to leave a review. This only happens with your consent, via the cookie preferences described in our Cookie Policy.

Cookies & Tracking

Full details of the cookies we use are in our Cookie Policy. In short: we use a small number of essential cookies to run your basket and checkout, and we'll only use third-party cookies (such as Trustpilot's) if you've agreed to them.

We also measure site visits using a privacy-first method that doesn't set a cookie or store anything on your device — it logs an anonymised, hashed combination of your approximate location and browser type, which can't be used to identify you.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Ask us to erase your data, where we're not required to keep it.
• Ask us to restrict or object to certain processing.
• Request your data in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you're unhappy with how we've handled your data.

Data Retention

We keep order and account data for as long as you have an account with us, and for as long afterwards as we're required to for tax, accounting and legal purposes. We remove or anonymise data we no longer need.

International Transfers

Some of our service providers, including Stripe and Trustpilot, may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, they do so under appropriate safeguards, such as UK-approved standard contractual clauses.

Children’s Privacy

Our website and products are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the “last updated” date above whenever we do.
